Rosemary Orange

01 Ingredients

  • 3 ozblood orange juice
  • 1 ozrosemary syrup
  • 1/2 ozmaple syrup
  • 4-5leaves from one sprig of rosemary
  • 3 ozsoda water

02 Instructions

  1. in shaker tin place blood orange juice, rosemary leaves, rosemary syrup, maple syrup
  2. muddle
  3. add ice, shake to chill
  4. fine strain into champagne flute, top with soda water, garnish with 1 sprig fresh rosemary and flamed zest of orange (discarding zest)

  • 6 sprigsrosemary
  • 4 cupswater
  • 2 cupssugar

02 Instructions

  1. in sauce pan place 4 cups water and 2 cups sugar with 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
  2. place on stove with medium heat to bring to simmer
  3. let simmer for 15 minutes to reduce
  4. once time is up, fine strain and set aside until syrup reaches room temperature
  5. transfer to airtight container and store in fridge
