Grand Manan Caesar

01 Ingredients

  • 1lime
  • 1-2 pinchesdulse seaweed powder
  • handfulice cubes
  • 1 pinchfresh grated horseradish
  • 3 shakeshot sauce
  • 3 shakesWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 cuptomato juice
  • splashclam or oyster juice

02 Instructions

  1. cut lime in half and cut one half into wedges
  2. rim 16 ounce glass with lime wedge
  3. dredge lime juice ram into dulse powder (dulse seaweed from dark Harbor, Grand Manan, New Brunswick)
  4. fill glass halfway with ice
  5. add pinch of dulse powder, pinch of fresh grated horseradish, three shakes of hot sauce, three shakes of Worchester sauce & the juice of half a lime freshly squeezed
  6. top with tomato juice
  7. add splash of clam or oyster juice
  8. garnish glass with lime wedge
  9. serve
